Following  floods and storms, culminating into Cyclone Idai in March, 2019, communities were negatively impacted.  However, communities supported with resilience building initiatives thrived better.  This paper aims to provide insight relating to the positive impacts of Trócaire’s ongoing resilience building work in Chikwawa District, Southern Malawi.
