Strengthening Global Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning within DRC: Progress Report on Strategic Priority Output 3.3

DRC has initiated a three-year project (2013 – 2015) with the purpose of strengthening monitoring, evaluation and learning processes in the organisation. The goal of the project is to have a well-defined global monitoring, evaluation and learning structures in place by the end of 2015, covering all DRC programmes.

This Progress Report presents a summary of the process, and findings and recommendations from the first year of the project.
