Setting up and implementation of complaints/ feedback handling mechanisms at Jamam camp were one of the priorities for MEAL and public health team. It had also been mentioned in MEAL minimum standards in Oxfam Humanitarian Programmes (page # 7- 8) that complaints/ feedback should be put in place as part of overall accountability mechanisms. At Jamam, both MEAL and Public Health team discussed about several options and agreed on the following methods, as mentioned in the flow chart, to set up and implement complaints/ feedback handling mechanism in the camp.
