One Step Closer - in Congo - Evaluation of Teachers Emergency Package (TEP) in Congo

The objective of the report is to establish to what extend the original intention and objectives of the programme have been met and the NRC mandate, target groups and working principles have been respected, as well as identify deviations and the reasons for these; to access the impact of accessibility and ligistics constraints on the ability of NRC to follow-up activities in a satisfactory manner; to demonstrate how lessons learned have influenced the programme in new areas of intervention (ToR).
