Lessons learned from UNHCR'S emergency operation for internally displaced persons in Kenya

Objectives: To review UNHCR’s experience in the establishment and functioning of the cluster approach in Kenya, and to identify lessons learned and effective practices, particularly at the field level; to review the implementation of UNHCR’s IDP Policy Framework and Implementation Strategy in Kenya through its operations.
