Global monitoring and evaluation manual

War Child’s Global Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manual places emphasis on monitoring progress towards desired results through measuring impact and developing the concept of Results Based Management. The main purpose of the document is to promote a common understanding and practice of M&E for War Child UK projects across all of its country offices. It provides basic M&E information and is intended to function as a resource on establishing and implementing project/programme monitoring and reporting system.
