The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the implementation process and impact of ACF's cash grant-supported income generating activities (IGAs), which were defined to support the prevention of acute malnutrition in Warrap State, South Sudan. These activities were part of the ECHO-funded ACF 2008/09 emergency programme in Warrap State. The comparison and evaluation of the achieved results and impacts as planned in the ECHO project proposal will be established. Lessons learned and recommendations for the implementation of similar interventions will support the improvement of IGA activities both in Southern Sudan and more broadly for ACF and other humanitarian institutions’ programmes in the future.
