This report is the final evaluation of the project of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and Least Developed Countries Fund (LDCF) (GCP/HAI/027/LDF) “Strengthening Climate Change Resilience and Disaster Risk Reduction in Agriculture to Improve Food Security in Haiti After the Earthquake” which aims to increase the resilience of vulnerable farmers by strengthening the resilience of their livelihoods and agro-systems against the impacts of climate variability, particularly in post-disaster situations. Specifically, the project sought to introduce best practices for climate change adaptation to increase the capacity of communities and the government to respond in the event of a natural disaster.
