The key objectives of the evaluation synthesis were to review the operational model chosen to deliver UNHCR cash to Syrian refugees in Jordan; to process a large volume of existing data using descriptive, longitudinal and inferential statistical analysis; and to identify key themes of change for cash recipients to better understand the effects and effectiveness of UNHCR cash-based interventions. This report was prepared for UNHCR by the Action Against Hunger UK Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team.
