The objective of the report is to assess whether the integrated approach as implemented by DRC in Somaliland is a viable strategy by examining what direct effects can be documented as a result of DRC's intervention in the integrated areas, whether the various components within the integrated approach actively support each other, and whether it is possible to observe synergies created from the various components.
