The open partner survey for cash and voucher assistance (CVA) in response to a crisis is a collaborative effort between REDLAC and the Regional Cash Working Group (R4V), with technical support from CashCap/NORCAP and the participation of multiple organisations.

This report provides an analysis of the survey and presents key findings based on responses from 107 key informants representing various organisations in Latin America and the Caribbean region. The survey focused on three themes: CVA and linkages with social protection, CVA and people on the move, and cash coordination at the regional level.

The findings highlighted the need for stronger collaboration between CVA and social protection systems, a comprehensive regional perspective on assisting people on the move, and the importance of regional coordination in CVA discussions. Recommendations include making funding more flexible, strengthening collaborations between humanitarian and national social protection systems, and establishing a unified regional cash coordination forum.
