Terms of Reference: Cameroon: An Evaluation of WFP's Portfolio (2012-2017)

The terms of reference of the Country Portfolio Evaluation (CPE) of Cameroon aim to inform stakeholders about the evaluation, clarify expectations and requirements and guide the evaluation team in its work during the various phases of the evaluation. The TOR notably presents the scope, objectives, key issues, stakeholders and main users of the evaluation. It also describes the evaluation approach, team composition and organisation. The evaluation will assess the performance and results of WFP portfolio in Cameroon as a whole.
