Joint Evaluations: Guidelines from the ECB Project

This document was written to share knowledge gained from the experiences of people that have been involved in joint evaluations conducted by non-governmental organizations (NGOs). It addresses all steps of a joint evaluation from the planning phase to its finalisation. These guidelines mainly profile the work of NGOs involved in the Emergency Capacity Building Project (ECB), but they also draw on the lessons of multi-agency evaluations that already exist within the humanitarian sector.
