Biennial Report of the OCHA Evaluation and Guidance Section 2009-2010

This report presents an overview evaluations commissioned by the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) during 2009 and 2010. The report isstructured as follows: Chapter 1 briefly describes the Evaluation Function in OCHA, outlines the evaluations conducted during the biennium, and includes a synthesis of their main common findings. Chapter 2 presents a brief summary of each of theevaluations conducted during 2009-2010. Chapter 3 describes the process to follow up on evaluation recommendations and provides examplesof the use of OCHA
