Tools for Institutional, Political, and Social Analysis of Policy Reform: A Sourcebook for Development Practitioners.

 This sourcebook was developed from an earlier World Bank website on analytical tools. It provides a framework and tools for focusing policy analysis on political economy, power relations, and social dynamics. The tools presented can be used at the macro, meso, and micro levels. Tools at all levels are likely to be of interest to evaluators. The text is supported by a series of short notes by the World Bank on Participatory Appraisal tools.
