Evaluation of ReliefWeb

Objectives: The evaluation was initiated by the United Nation's Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA): i) to assess whether the ReliefWeb web site project meets the needs of its target audiences in an efficient and effective manner, in line with its mandate; ii) to provide accountability to donors, OCHA management and users; and iii) to provide clear recommendations and lessons learned for the future direction of the project and its products and services.
