Using the Evaluation Tool - A survey of conventional wisdom and common practice at Sida

The purpose of this study is to map the use of evaluations at Sida, by answering the following questions:

- How and why are evaluations initiated?

- How is the evaluation process managed, from the fomulation of the purpose, the decision to evaluate and the commissioning of a study?

- How are the results of this process used?
