The objective of the document is to analyze and assess the appropriateness, efficiency and effectiveness of FAO managed relief operations supported by donors, identifying the strengths and weaknesses in performance of FAO' s Special Relief Operations Service (TCOR) and the FAO Emergency Coordination Unit in Kosovo (FAO/ECU); to assess results of relief operations in the field and analyze the impact of the assistance on the targeted beneficiaries; to draw relevant lessons to be learnt.
