Terms of Reference: Bhutan DEV 200300 - Improving Children's Access To Education: A mid-term Operation Evaluation

The terms of reference of the Bhutan DEV 200300 mid-term Operation Evaluation aim to inform stakeholders about the evaluation, clarify expectations and requirements and guide the evaluation team in its work during the various phases of the evaluation.
