The Zimbabwe portfolio evaluation covers WFP operations and analytical work between 2006 and 2010. During this period WFP first provided a massive food aid response, then in 2009 appropriately adjusted its activities to a more flexible market-driven approach. The evaluation’s overall assessment of the portfolio, in a turbulent environment, is positive. Some specific issues however need to be addressed such as the limited results of the nutrition support to ART programme.
