This is a presentation of the pilot project: Risk Mapping for Strategic Planning of Shelter Response in Tijuana, Baja California, México. It also includes two other cities: Kathmandu, Nepal and Maputo, Mozambique. 

This presentation was given at the Global Platform for Disaster Reduction, which took place on 8-13 May 2011, in Geneva.
