Real-time Evaluation of Project ADVANCE (Assistance through the Distribution of Vouchers Aiding Nigerien Communities in Emergency)

CRS-Niger and partner ABC Ecologie are currently intervening in the departments of Ouallam and Tillabéri between June and November 2010 via the ADVANCE project (Assistance through the Distribution of Vouchers Aiding Nigerien Communities in Emergency). The vouchers are redeemable for food at special markets established by the project that take place on the same day and near ordinary markets. This real time evaluation examines the relevance, effectiveness, sustainability and scope of the response in an effort to provide information quickly that will benefit the third and final distribution.
