RCST/IFRC Water and Sanitation Programme: Evaluation Report, 2003 – 2008

Special efforts have been made to include all key stakeholders in the evaluation process to get their feedback on the effectiveness of the project, and to seek their views on future directions and priority areas. The following methods have been used for collection and analysis of relevant data:

• Desk research analysis of the project documentation, produced materials, project progress and financial reports;
• Focus Group Discussion with programme beneficiaries;
• Meetings and interviews with relevant stakeholders, including government, civil society organisations and international organisations;
• Field visits to the project sites and observations.
