Pakistan 2007 Cyclone Yemyin and Flooding Response Review

This review of the cyclone/flood response showed that CARE Pakistan has made gains in its emergency preparedness capacity. The country office emergency response team is in place, and importantly, there is willingness among team members to step in and help each other out as required.
