The present report is an evaluation of six civil society projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina funded by Sida via three framework partners. Sida funds these kinds of projects because it sees civil society as having the potential to empower poor people, promote democracy, promote peace and security and develop a global arena.

The evaluation objectives are to explore the individual projects and the overall program of support to civil society in terms of outcomes, relevance and sustainability, as well as to investigate the potential of a new method, Outcome Mapping (OM), for project and program evaluation.
