Nepal earthquakes appeal meta-synthesis

A meta-synthesis of DEC members’ work in response to the Nepal earthquakes of 2015 -  providing lessons from the actions in Nepal for future disaster response, in Nepal and elsewhere.  It attempts to address three questions: 

1. Would members have done anything differently, knowing what would have happened in the three and a half years following the earthquakes? 
2. What could be done differently to improve aid?
3. What are the main lessons to learn?
