This theory-based impact evaluation has been managed jointly by the Offices of Evaluation of the World Food Programme and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. It assesses the intended and unintended impacts of food assistance delivered to Rohingya refugees living in Cox's Bazar district of Bangladesh since the early 1990s. The evaluation makes strategic recommendations for improving food assistance interventions and the protective environment that will contribute to durable solutions for the Rohingya in Bangladesh.
