ACF has been implementing its 'Livelihood support to the most vulnerable communities in southern West Bank with an emphasis on traditional herders through components of food security, water and sanitation' programme since August 2010. The goal of the project is to contribute to improving the quality of life of vulnerable herders in the southern West Bank by addressing current constraints on water, sanitation and food security. In order to provide ACF with a comprehensive mid-term evaluation of the programme, the evaluation team employed a multi-dimensional approach to carrying out the assignment, utilising qualitative methods to assess relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, impact, added value, and coherence. The evaluation methodology included a document review, key informant interviews and focus group discussions.
