This mid-term evaluation report reviews the progress of NRC’s DFID CHASE framework (2011-2014), which includes projects of the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre, the Advocacy and Information Department, and seven country offices. It provides recommendations on ways to enhance project implementation and improve framework strategy for the remaining half of the funding period.
