The objective of this methodology is to have an open discussion with a representative group of a community which has benefited from assistance in order to inform humanitarian actors on the relevance and effectiveness of a programme. It also aims to provide quantitative and qualitative information on the existence and effectiveness of accountability mechanisms within programs, as well as highlight possible benefits or problems linked to the existence or the absence of these mechanisms.
