Management Response: Tunisia DEV 200493 Capacity Development in the Framework of the School Feeding Programme (2012-2015): An Operation Evaluation

This document outlines the management response to the recommendations formulated in the final evaluation of WFP's development project DEV 200493 "Capacity Development in the Framework of the School Feeding Programme" (December 2012 – June 2015). The evaluation was intended for both accountability and learning and focuses on assessing: i) the appropriateness and coherence of the operation; ii) its results; and iii) the factors explaining the results. The evaluation assessed a set of technical assistance activities aiming at strengthening national capacities to implement a high-quality and sustainable school feeding programme in Tunisia. The evaluation, which makes a number of recommendations for the future, was managed and conducted by a consultancy firm, with fieldwork taking place in April 2015.
