Management Response: Bangladesh Country Programme 200243 (2012-2016): A mid-term Operation Evaluation

The independent operation evaluation of Bangladesh Country Programme (CP 200243) 2012-2016 covered the four components namely improving maternal and child nutrition, school feeding, enhancing resilience to disasters and the effects of climate change and strengthening government safety nets. It was intended for both accountability and learning and focuses on assessing: i) the appropriateness and coherence of the operation; ii) its results; and iii) the factors explaining the results. The evaluation, which makes a number of recommendations for the future, was managed and conducted by a consultancy firm, with fieldwork taking place in April 2015.
