Malawi Churches Partnership Program (MCPP) - Mid-term Review Report

Objectives: In September 2007, MCPP contracted CADECO (Capacity Development Consultants) to facilitate their mid term evaluation. The assignment included summarizing the findings of the sector specific mid term evaluation reports and analyzing the relevance, ownership and sustainability of the MCPP model. The aim was to assess what in general the model has managed to deliver in terms of performance results: outputs, outcomes and impact, potential for better performance and to provide guidance on whether the model is viable and therefore whether it can be replicated elsewhere.
