Localisation of Aid: Are INGOS Walking the Talk? Shifting the Power Project

In line with the debates from the World Humanitarian Summit on aid localisation, this report analyses what international NGOs are actually doing: are words being put into action? What are the current issues at stake, and what good practice exists in terms of relations between international NGOs and local humanitarian organisations? The report shows that NGOs need to improve their partnerships with local and national actors and adapt their communication and fund-raising.
