Jordan: Minimum Standards for Education in Emergencies

The Inter-Agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) developed the Minimum Standards for Education: Preparedness, Response, Recovery (INEE MS) — a global tool that articulates the minimum level of educational quality and access in emergencies through to recovery. In a process facilitated by the Jordan Education Sector Working Group and INEE, the present document has been developed by and for the local authorities of Jordan and NGO and UN representatives in order to contextualise the INEE Minimum Standards and make them more relevant and applicable to Jordan. This document aims to support preparedness, response, and recovery in the service of all children and youth within Jordan’s borders.
