Iraq: An Evaluation of WFP's Portfolio (2010-2015)

This is the brief of the country portfolio evaluation (CPE) which covered the WFP Iraq country strategy (CS) 2010–2014 and WFP activities for 2010–2015. The Iraq component of the regional emergency operation (EMOP) 200433 covering Syrian refugees was evaluated in 20151 and so was not within the scope of this evaluation. As in all CPEs, the evaluation assessed:

1. the alignment and strategic positioning of WFP’s country strategy and portfolio;
2. factors and quality of strategic decision-making; and
3. the performance and results of the WFP portfolio.
