The project “Strengthening Protection for Vulnerable Populations and Improving access to Psychosocial Support to Displaced Children in Emergency Settings in Mozambique” provided direct psychosocial support to affected children and communities in targeted areas. It built the capacities of the Community Child Protection Committees (CCPs), Local Committees for Disaster Risk Management (CLGRC) and to some extent District Reference Groups on Child Protection and Combating Human Trafficking (DRG). The project also supported the implementation of the Referral Pathways for the protection of vulnerable populations in emergency settings.
