The main purpose of this inter-agency evaluation of the health and nutrition sector in Liberia is to assist the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare (MoH), and other stakeholders in health and nutrition to ensure improvement of the performance in the health sector. The IHE focuses on the time from the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) in August 2003 until now, and covers all of Liberia.
