Objectives: The aim of this independent evaluation, which is the first on SDC Humanitarian Aid, is to investigate particularly the relevance, the effectiveness, the sustainability and the impact of SDC Humanitarian Aid approaches, projects and programmes in Angola. The main focus is on the beneficiaries. The evaluation is expected to contribute to the knowledge on SDC Humanitarian Aid in general and for the topic Humanitarian Aid in Angola in particular.
