How WFP Country Offices Adapt to Change: A Strategic Evaluation

This is one of four strategic evaluations that WFP‘s Office of Evaluation (OE) is conducting in the current biennium and that are related to WFP‘s strategic shift from food aid to food assistance. This evaluation focuses on assessing country offices‘ ability and capacity to change, based on how they have responded to changes in the external and internal environments over the past five years. Country offices‘ adoption of the right changes, at the right time, is expected to enhance the relevance of WFP‘s contribution and lead to more effective efforts to meet hunger needs.
