The Global Humanitarian Assistance Report is produced by Development Initiatives annually, to provide a leading resource for understanding humanitarian financing and related aid flows. It navigates through the increasingly complex financing landscape, looking in detail at where resources are needed, who they come from, where they go and how they get there. The report also examines efforts to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of financing, and highlights where more and better data is needed.
