International actors in development, humanitarianism and peacebuilding now acknowledge the importance of gender approaches to successful action on conflict, peace and stabilisation. Yet the systematic adoption of gender perspectives in international practice has remained elusive. This report aims to assess the gender dimension of conflict drivers and stabilisation in eastern DRC.
