This evaluation assess the Mindanao Action for Peace and Development (MAPAD) programme, which started on July 27, 2007 and ended on July 26, 2010. The MAPAD target group was 2,250 households (approximately 14,600 individuals) of uprooted peoples and host communities affected by the MILF-GRP (Moro Islamic Liberation Front - Government of the Republic of the Philippines) conflict in 14 of the most vulnerable barangays over seven of the most conflict-affected municipalities in Central Mindanao.
