Final evaluation of pastoralist food security partnership project, Oromia Regional State, Ethiopia

The overall objective of the final evaluation is to assess the overall project relevance, efficiency,
effectiveness, impact and sustainability. This overall objective can be translated into the
following specific objectives.

• Providing a full description of the activities carried out and the results achieved according to the project contract;
• Making an assessment of the success of the project in achieving the objectives set out in the project contract and logical framework matrix;
• Making an overall assessment with more attention to assessment of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impacts and sustainability of the overall program interventions all measured against their intended objectives.
• To critically asses the major strengths and limitations of the program and draw lessons for future improvement.
