Final Evaluation of Livelihood Rehabilitation and Capacity Building Programme for Internally Displaced People in Sri Lanka (October 2001-February 2005)

The objective of the report is to statistically and qualitatively establish the impact of DRC's Rehabilitation and Capacity Building Programme for IDPs in Sri Lanka over the period from October 2001 to February 2005; to measure programme achievements along the indicators established in the revides 2004 LFA matrix and thus generate concise data to be applied in the final programme report; to contribute to Objective 1.0, HAPI/DRC Accountability Workplan, use of methodologies and approaches for beneficiary consultation and participation in planning, design, implementation and evaluation of DRC's humanitarian programmes strengthened.
