The present report reviews Swedish assistance to Cambodia for emergency and rehabilitation during the period 1989-94 and attempts to assess the methods and impact of interventions supported by SIDA. The evaluation is part of an overall assessment of Swedish emergency assistance, and focusses in particular on ts relative effectiveness, the implementing arrangements used, and the degree of "additionality" achieved by this support.
