External Evaluation Project: "Building disaster prepared and resilient communities in Kasi district, Vientiane province"

The objectives of the evaluation are to learn from this project, to have feed-back from the beneficiaries and partners and to have ‘lessons learned’ for possible future interventions in this field, as well as to help mainstreaming DRR in general development planning. The learning
should occur at the level of Disaster Management Organisations (DMO) in Laos with the other members of Oxfam and with other DIPECHO partners in Laos.
