External Evaluation of the INGO Safety Advisory Office (ISAO)

The INGO Safety Advisory Office (ISAO) was established in the Spring of 2011 following a recognition by the INGO Forum of the need for a collaborative security initiative to provide information on the safety and security context to INGOs operating in the country. The objective of the Project evaluation for ISAO is to provide an external evaluation and present findings that illustrate the extent to which the ISAO has achieved its planned objectives and related results. The review was conducted by Samuel hall in Sana'a and Aden, Yemen, in July 2013.
