The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the relevance, effectiveness and impact of the DRC Stand-by Roster’s activities in relation to the changing humanitarian context and the UN Reform process. Based on this assessment, the evaluation explores future opportunities and provides recommendations on how to set priorities for the future development of the Roster in order to strengthen the quality of existing services and to increase its capacity for strategic partner- ship with UN organisations.
