Objectives: to draw relevant lessons from problems encountered and successes gained through the course of implementing the project and to assess the impact of the response vis-à-vis the project goal "to reinstate livelihood and basic services of the target communities in the selected areas of Southern Sudan".

Focus: to assess relevance of the main focus areas of the project, capacities of the implementing dioceses and the coordinating bodies, extent of beneficiaries' involvement, coordination and institutional cooperation between the implementing dioceses and other agencies as well as the key lessons learnt from SOA-12/05 Project implementation and give recommendations on how these can be incorporated into the design of future livelihood recovery programs and improved disaster risk reduction.
